Good things come to those who bake and this contest is no exception.

The Not Just Pie contest sponsored by Lucky Leaf invites at-home chefs to use Lucky Leaf Fruit Filling and Topping for everything but traditional pies like apple, blueberry and cherry. Instead, contestants can create a cobbler. Or crisp. Or a turnovers. Or countless other yummy recipes that include the fruit filling and topping as an ingredient.

But, there’s more.

Besides the $5,000 grand prize for every recipe submitted, Lucky Leaf will donate $5 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation; during the voting period—you get the help pick the winner—Lucky Leaf will donate $0.50 for each vote.

The contest also signals the start of a new era of baked goods for Lucky Leaf, which has officially changed the name of its fruit-based offerings from “pie filling” to “fruit filling and topping.”

The Not Just Pie contest is open from now through Friday, Dec. 11. Visit www.luckyleaf.com/Promotions for more contest details, a coupon and other cool promotions.
