Wow, it’s been a true hot Atlanta summer. Please do your best to stay hydrated! You might be finding it very difficult to work out in the heat. So for you I have a great, simple (and I say that with a smile) floor workout. In the video I have a step, but you can also roll up a towel and get the same workout. My main focus this week are the shoulders, butt and abs. In the summer we tend to wear more shorts, tanks tops and bathing suits, so let’s make sure you feel your best. FYI, you can do this workout at the lake house or on vacation. Let’s get started — you will feel it!
