This week I took it up a notch. This workout will is for those of you who are a little more advanced. But, that does not mean my beginners can try it.
The Bosu ball can be purchased for less than $100, but there are so many things you can do with it. Many look into adding it to their home gym.
If you don’t have one, don’t worry; you can still do the workout. Just use a yoga mat, and start in high plank position. This video will target the core, biceps, triceps and shoulders.
This workout is a beast, and one of my favorites. Lets get started. Make sure you have a towel nearby to wipe the sweat from your brow!
