Should you lower your dating range?

I know someone who is convinced that dating people her age and younger is a bad idea. She had an awful experience with an immature jerk and that can leave a bad impression. I just don’t like to see single people rule someone out because of something like age. Just because someone is a certain age does not mean they are immature, irresponsible, or unable to have an adult relationship.

I’ve dated men younger and older than me and I have yet to tell the difference. If you are compatible in so many areas, do you think that age group has to be one of them? Do you think there are perks to dating someone younger than you are?

What has been your dating age range? Have you ever considered changing it? How open are you to dating someone younger than you are?
