In preparation for Atlanta's first winter storm of 2017 that could dump up to 4 inches of snow on parts of metro Atlanta and North Georgia, several counties have announced school closings and early dismissals.
But to the dismay of many Cherokee County Schools students, the county is open for classes all day Friday.

A handful took to Twitter to let out their frustrations and the Cherokee County Schools Twitter account tweeted the most entertaining, "savage" responses.
