Google's parent company Alphabet is scheduled to report its quarterly earnings today, and Wall Street might have some tough questions for the company's leadership, particularly as it relates to its non-search engine businesses, BusinessInsider reports.

With most of the biggest players in the streaming TV market -- Roku, Amazon, Google and Apple -- offering new gadgets and new services, there seems to be an endless number of options for getting streaming video from the Internet to your TV. The European Commission is moving ahead with an antitrust investigation into Google's Android operating system. The folks at The Verge explain what's going on with the case, and why you should be paying attention to it.
