On shortening routes:

“We went to some three-step stuff. Tried to get the ball out quicker. They kind of changed later in the game and played some more two-man. Those guys did a good job of blocking it up.”

On offensive pass interference calls:

“The one on Marty was, unfortunately, it was a terrible time for that. We had a 40-plus yard gain. It was 17-7 there. Obviously, I threw a pick a couple plays later and next thing it’s 24-7 instead 17, maybe 10 or 17-14. If we score on that drive and then get the ball back on the first possession of the second half, it’s a different ball game.”

On the interception made by Desmond Trufant:

“I have to look at the film. I was thinking it was kind of an all go. They played two-man, but kept the safety inside a little bit so, I was trying to fit down the sideline more.”

On the changes made by the offense in the fourth quarter:

“It’s just kinda of what happens sometimes when there is some urgency and they can kind of sit back a little bit more. We picked up the pace. Put Marty, Lance, or Ritchie on their own side and worked through.”
