Braves starting pitcher Tim Hudson broke his right ankle as Mets outfielder Eric Young Jr., trying to beat a throw to first base on a ground out, stepped on Hudson’s leg just above the ankle, rolling his ankle inward all the way to the ground in the eighth inning July 25, 2013, at Citi Field.
