The Falcons began their offseason rebuild Sunday by announcing the firings of coach Raheem Morris and general manager Terry Fontentot.
They continued the overhaul Monday with the announcement of sweeping changes in their front office, including CEO Rich McKay moving out of the football realm and Greg Beadles’ promotion to president and CEO.
