The car catches on fire and is almost instantly engulfed in flames. The victim's brother was sitting in the car at the time but he managed to escape with no injuries.  Gas station workers were able to put out the fire before the car exploded.

According to the Telegraph, police spokesman Mickey Rosenfeld said that the woman had later been arrested.

"A woman approached a man while filling his petrol tank and asked for a cigarette, when he refused to give it to her she pulled out a lighter from her pocket and ignited the petrol pump."
