Gatti was refused service for carrying an open container of alcohol.

But he wouldn't give up without a fight.  Gatti repeatedly said, "Just give me some (expletive) bacon-jalapeno mac and cheese."

When the manager pointed out the student's open container of alcohol, Gatti asked why he wasn't allowed to carry it in America.

When the manager continued to refuse service,  Gatti's insistence escalated.

Gatti used a gay slur against the manager, eventually shoved the manager multiple times, and after being tackled by another employee and escorted out by police, he spit on the manager's face.

The whole thing was recorded on a 9-minute profanity-filled video segment and uploaded to YouTube.

According to The Associated Press, Gatti has been charged with breach of peace and criminal trespass and is due in court on Oct. 13.

School officials could not speak about Gatti's case because of privacy laws, but said that generally speaking, a student involved in such a situation could face punishment ranging from probation to expulsion.

This was not Gatti's first arrest. Last year, he was arrested twice on disorderly conduct charges, according to the Daily Hampshire Gazette.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
