Shemika Charles has gone to a new low, in the best possible way.
Charles is a world-champion limbo dancer and holds the Guinness World Record for lowest limbo for a female, according to the Huffington Post.
Now Charles has accomplished another feat by being the first person to limbo under an SUV.
Charles told Barcroft TV that the clearance underneath the vehicle was approximately 9 inches.
In order to achieve her record-breaking performances, Charles says she practices six hours per day. She has been performing limbo since she was 14.
Charles says this latest feat was emotional for her, and took a lot of concentration and controlled breathing.
