Tracy Sloan was driving along when she noticed a pick-up truck tailgating her.
“I couldn't move over because there were trucks in the right lane, and I sure as heck wasn't going to speed on a rainy day with the roads being as slick as they were,” she began.
However, the driver continued to be impatient.
"This pathetic excuse for a human being tailgated me for about three minutes," she wrote on YouTube.
"After about a minute, and me shaking my head, I pulled out my phone and started recording."
Shortly after the phone started recording, Jeffrey White found his opening and passed Tracy’s car, but not before snarling and giving her the one-finger salute .
And then, things went downhill for White.
As he passed her car and whipped his truck into her lane, he began to swerve. Then White lost control and spun through the oncoming lane before crashing into a pole.
All while Sloan was filming with her phone.

“Ha, ha, ha, that’s what you get, all on video buddy,” she can be heard saying as she drove by. Tracy turned that video over to police in Tampa Bay. Police then arrested White, who had left the scene.
He’ll answer to charges of careless driving, not wearing a seatbelt, and leaving the scene of an accident.
It turns out this wasn’t the first-time White has had an issue with the law. The Tampa Bay Tribune reports he’s also been in trouble for battery and marijuana possession.
