Those in Colorado might want to rethink the idea of “all donations welcomed.”

Disabled American Veterans volunteer Bob Collette received quite the surprise when he visited a business in Durango and received a different kind of green donation.

KOB 4 reports that Collette was given two quarter-ounce containers of marijuana worth approximately $100.

The unusual donation left the organization scrambling to figure out what to do with it. Collette said the group hoped to raffle the pot off, but found out that it was not permissible.

Collette said he will return the donation to the shop, where it will be destroyed.
