A strange domestic disturbance call in Texas has police investigating whether a woman slapped her sister-in-law, not with her hand, but with a dead catfish.

According to KSAT, police in Lufkin, Texas, were called after a family fight where a woman allegedly used the fish to slap the other woman. The first woman's husband then argued and then asked his sister, who was hit with the fish, to leave.

The Associated Press reported no one was charged as police are trying to sort out what started the fight.  Police have received conflicing stories among the three people.
