When Joe decided to make his appearance, the chaos began.

"My mom is pregnant and her water just broke,” eight-year-old Jazmine McEnaney told a 911 operator.

That call came in at 7:02 a.m. At 7:13 a.m. Joe was born.

An emergency operator stayed on the phone and helped talk Jazmine through the bathroom floor procedure.

"It was like, kind of hard," Jazmine told WFTS-TV in Tampa Bay, Florida.

Garcia admitted she was “hysterical," but proudly said her daughter "definitely stayed calm when she needed to."

Joseph checked in a five pounds, 10 ounces. Mom, baby, and sister are all doing well.
