NBC 12 posted a picture Thursday morning, the thirteenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, of a patch of sky that looks eerily similar to an American flag.
The photo went up with this caption: “Check out this amazing photo taken by NBC 12 viewers Nancy and Joannie while they were at Virginia Center Commons last night! Remind you of anything?”
