Dante Harris, who took a picture of the assistant commandant of cadets in a University of North Georgia bathroom, appeared before a college disciplinary panel Wednesday. A Georgia high school teacher is no longer in the classroom after a video of her using a racial epithet surfaced Wednesday night, according to reports.
