If we looked into every dollar of government spending I’d bet at least half of it is either being wasted by incompetence or making someone undeservedly rich.
Half of Congress are millionaires and the other half haven’t been there long enough to accumulate that much in payoffs. Give them time.

Invite, consult and contain are verbs describing action. Lazy and/or ignorant people using them as nouns does not make them nouns. Invitation, consultation and containment are the nouns.
Every swipe of a credit card should require a full-face photo at every single machine to match face recognition at the entrance of the store. Is that so unreasonable?
Target will pass the cost of theft to you. Identification with each credit purchase at the register is not that difficult for the clerks. Or, is it cheaper just to absorb the criminal theft?
