I hate to admit it but it's beginning to look like the politicians can do whatever they feel like doing and there's not a thing anyone can do about it. This country is in big trouble and we need a real leader quickly.
Congressmen, if you think we are impressed at your last-hour decision to save our country, you are wrong. I hope that you are just as impressed by our decision at the next voting booth.

When you start collecting social security you are forced into Medicare — it's not a choice. And it's not free. Medicare costs my mother more then her regular insurance did and she also has to have additional insurance because Medicare does not pay as well as her insurance did.
SunTrust is cutting 800 jobs. Just another example of how we are coming out of this recession, I guess.
