Q: Jack Kingston’s ads show President Barack Obama calling him. I don’t think that is a real call, but a friend says, “Yes, it is because Kingston approves the ad.” Is it a real call or is Kingston approving a lie?
—Patti Stone, Fayetteville
A: The ad features an Obama impersonator making a fake phone call to Kingston, an 11-term congressman from Savannah who is running for the Georgia Senate seat vacated by Saxby Chambliss, who retired. Here's part of the transcript of the ad, which focuses on the Affordable Care Act:
Obama impersonator: “Kingston, this is the president. You’ve got to back off Obamacare. … Kingston, let me be clear: I do not want you in the Senate. Call me back, Kingston. Please.”
Kingston ends the ad by saying: “A call to stop fighting Obamacare is one call I’ll never answer.”

Kingston faces businessman David Perdue in a runoff on July 22. The winner will run against democrat Michelle Nunn in the November election.
Q: After O.J. Simpson was found not guilty, I heard he threw a party for the jurors on a private yacht. Do you have any information about that?
—Frank Williams, Lavonia
A: Several jurors were seen at a party at Simpson's estate to celebrate the "not guilty" verdict that ended his 1995 trial for murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson. Several jury members appeared on TV, granted interviews and wrote books about the trial, according to "The O.J. Simpson Trials: Rhetoric, Media, and the Law." The jurors were sequestered at Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles from Jan. 11 until after their verdict was delivered on Oct. 3, 1995.
