A: Australian DJs Mel Greig and Michael Christian will not be charged in the death of hospital nurse Jacintha Saldanha, according to published reports. British prosecutors said there wasn't enough evidence for a charge of manslaughter against Greig and Christian, who placed a prank call to London's King Edward VII's Hospital in December pretending to be Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles. They talked Saldanha into transferring the call to Middleton's room, where a colleague provided details about the condition of Prince William's wife. Middleton was being treated for severe morning sickness. Saldanha committed suicide days after she took the call, and one of her notes blamed the DJs for her death. Radio station 2DayFM canceled the pair's show, and Southern Cross Austereo, the station's owner, said it would contribute $525,000 to Saldanha's family. Greig will testify at the inquest into Saldanha's death in September. "I just want the family to get the answers,'' Greig told an Australian TV station earlier this month. "That's what they need, and that is what they deserve." Greig said she doesn't know if she will give evidence in person or by videoconference.
