Police continued Monday to look for a suspect in a shooting that happened at Underground Atlanta around 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

Khiry Clemons, 24, was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital after officers, responding to the sound of shots, chased him and he fell to the ground, wounded, with a blood trail on the sidewalk behind him, according to the police report.

Police said several small bags fell from a backpack Clemons was carrying as he ran. Clemons put the backpack down before he collapsed, according to the report, and police said they found 57 baggies of suspected marijuana, some empty baggies, a digital pocket scale and a loaded gun, which they said was stolen.

Clemons said he did not know who shot him, but a friend of his told police the shots came from a grey pickup truck, according to the report.
