Monica Lewinsky is making headlines again after delivering an emotional TED talk on cyberbullying Thursday in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Lewinsky said she became "patient zero" of online bullying as the news of the Bill Clinton scandal broke in 1998.
"Cruelty is nothing new. But online, technologically enhanced shaming is amplified, uncontained and permanently accessible," Lewinsky said. "Millions of people can stab you with their words, and that's a lot of pain."
