Just when you thought Donald Trump couldn't say or do anything else to capture the public's attention, he takes it one step further.

During a campaign event in South Carolina, the home state of fellow Republican presidential candidate U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, Trump read Graham's cellphone number aloud on live TV.

“Give it a shot,” Trump said in Bluffton, S.C. “Your local politician, you know? He won’t fix anything but at least he’ll talk to you.”

A representative from Graham's office confirmed to ABC News that the number did indeed belong to him.

Graham, who has been a vocal opponent of Trump, seemed to take the disclosure in stride, tweeting:
