A Texas mattress company created an ad that’s been widely criticized on social media.
Miracle Mattress in San Antonio shared a disrespectful advertisement promoting an upcoming “Twin Tower Sale.”
In the 21-second video, employees can be seen promoting the sale while standing in front of tower-like displays with an American flag at the top of the mattresses. However, the video gets worse when the two men fall backward onto the mattresses, causing them to fall over.
“What better way to remember 9/11 than with a ‘Twin Tower Sale.’ Right now, you (buy) can any size mattress for a twin price,” the store manager Cherise Bonanno said.
She ended the video saying, “We’ll never forget.”
