It's make or break time as voters in five states and a U.S. commonwealth head to the polls Tuesday.

Republican and Democratic primaries are being held in Florida, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio and a Republican caucus is being held in the Northern Mariana Islands.

With big delegate payouts on the line, if Republican front-runner Donald Trump can win both Ohio and Florida on Tuesday, it is likely he will be on his way to winning the Republican nomination. Ohio Gov. John Kasich is slightly ahead of Trump in the latest polling from Ohio.

On the Democratic side, while Hillary Clinton has a big  lead in the delegate count, Sen. Bernie Sanders, (I-Vt.), handed her a surprise loss in Michigan last week, and could do so in Illinois Tuesday. A loss there for Clinton would be tough to take -- and explain -- as Illinois is her home state.
