Senator Marco Rubio has ridden to the top fast, being only 44-years-old and running for president, now he and his wife's records are coming to light - the couple's driving records that is.
The New York Times dug into the records of Rubio and his wife Jeanette have, between the two of them 17 citations since 1997.
The Senator has four, Jeanette has 13.
At one point, Sen. Rubio's license was facing suspension in 2011, but his lawyer at the time paid a fee to delay the suspension and it was eventually dismissed.
The campaign responded to The New York Times investigation telling the paper that "matter was resolved by the court system and at no point was the license suspended by the D.M.V."
