A home was reported stolen from its foundation Tuesday and was reportedly found Thursday, but now it is unclear who actually owns it.

The log cabin that was thought to be stolen, was reportedly moved about a half mile across a field apparently last summer.  KOBI reports that at least 3 parties are now claiming ownership.

Klamath County Sheriff Frank Skrah said, "This is a situation where three parties are claiming ownership, one of the three parties sold it to a fourth party."

No charges have been filed as of Thursday
