Police say an intoxicated father and his three children crashed into a house in Tipp City Friday night.
Police say the driver, identified as Bryan Smith, 34, was turning when he went off the road and crashed into a house around 10:40 p.m. Friday .
Smith’s children were also inside the car at the time of the crash but were not injured. Police say the children aged 4 and 5 were in car seats, while the 7-year-old was wearing a seat belt.
Smith was arrested and charged with OVI, child endangering, and failure to control.
Police say the home’s occupants were present at the time of the crash, but no injuries were reported. The house received extensive damage in the crash.
