Texas and Louisiana have been hit this week with some severe weather, including flooding and tornadoes as a stubborn low pressure system sits on top of them.
On Tuesday, three reports of tornadoes and more than 60 reports of hail and high winds were made in the two states.
But when one TV reporter from KYTX, a CBS affiliate, was reporting on the damage, she got sidetracked by a dog on a lawnmower.
The serious broadcast quickly devolved into a YouTube funniest animal sensation.
According to a KYTX Facebook post, the videographer who was doing the taping did check on the dog, and another nearby, to make sure they were not hurt. He said that while the home was damaged, the dogs appeared unharmed.
The station later posted that the dog charges $40/hour for lawn service.
