MARTA buses and trains are on a modified schedule, with bus service scheduled to end about 11:30 p.m. Thursday and rail service about 1:30 a.m. Friday.

Transit officials said riders should expect delays and allow extra time for trips. As conditions improve on rail lines, trains are expected to run more frequently.

MARTA Mobility will be available for customers who need to get to medical facilities and have urgent medical transportation needs such as dialysis appointments.

For updates on service, customers are asked to check www.itsmarta.com and follow @martaservice on Twitter.
