4. Man accused in Midtown throat slashing arrested in Myrtle Beach. A man accused of slashing a woman's throat during a robbery in Midtown was arrested in Myrtle Beach, S.C., police said. 5. State offers $3.1 million incentive to finish I-85 bridge early. Georgia Department of Transportation Commissioner Russell McMurry Wednesday announced contractor C.W.
