Three incumbents re-elected in Haverhill

HAVERHILL — There were no challengers for three town council seats up for re-election. Jay Foy (Seat 3); Lawrence Gordon (Seat 4) and Mark Uptegraph (Seat 5) were automatically reelected for another two-year terms.
