Why do people not differentiate between those cycling for sheer recreation, and those who cycle to work and back? Granted you can’t necessarily tell by looking at them if they change to work clothes when they arrive, but in an abstract discussion you could differentiate. The recreationalists need to get off the busy metro-Atlanta roads.
