Struggling homeowners invited to Cobb event

U.S. Rep David Scott, D-Ga, is hosting a “Help for Homeowners” event 1 to 8 p.m Jan. 25 at the Cobb Galleria Centre. The free event allows homeowners struggling to make mortgage payments or refinance to meet with counselors for information.
