Play hoops for youth

Community Care is holding a "Hooping for Youth" basketball tournament July 22-23 to raise funds for Rick McDevitt Youth Center in Peoplestown at 30 Haygood Avenue in Atlanta.

Participants can enter a team for $150 or donate $150  to sponsor a team. Larger sponsorships ranging from $200 to $2000 are also available.

Community Care and other center programs offer academic help, counseling,  field trips and career exposure. Registration deadline is Monday. Information www.hooping4youth.org 404-524-5237  or 404-524-5044
