Peachtree Corners’ public works department, in cooperation with Gwinnett DOT, recently finished a number of sidewalk projects. These include Technology Parkway South from Technology Parkway to Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and from Westech Drive to Spalding Drive. Some sidewalk gaps were filled on Peachtree Corners Circle between S.R. 141 toward Medlock Bridge Road, and on Corners Parkway between Woodhill Drive and Crooked Creek Road.
Sidewalks were added north on Frank Neely Road from Spalding Drive, on Scientific Drive from S.R. 141 to Technology Parkway, on Technology Parkway from S.R. 141 to the Hampton Inn, and on Winters Chapel Road from Newton Drive to Spalding Drive.
Additional sidewalk gaps were filled on Crooked Creek Road between Jay Bird Alley and Spalding Drive, on Jay Bird Alley between Crooked Creek Road and Spalding Drive, on Holcomb Bridge Road between Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Spalding Drive, and on Jimmy Carter Boulevard between Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Holcomb Bridge Road.
Additional pedestrian improvement projects are underway at East Jones Bridge Road near Rebel Ridge Court as well as a pedestrian crossing and traffic operations project along Winters Chapel Road near the DeKalb Reservoir.
