That’s when the city’s new headquarters will open at City Springs, a mixed-use development.

The new city hall will be located at 1 Galambos Way, a road named after the city’s first mayor, Eva Galambos.

City Hall at City Springs will house Sandy Springs’ offices for city management, the mayor, city council members and general city services like public works, planning and zoning, code enforcement, finance and revenue and recreation and parks.

The new city hall will also feature several meeting spaces for community gatherings.

Sandy Springs police headquarters and municipal court will remain at 7840 Roswell Road.

City Springs is set to open in phases this spring and summer, and be completely operational by August. The city will unveil the mixed-use development’s retailers and restaurants on April 11.

When completed, City Springs will span over 14 acres and feature city offices, shopping, restaurants, living spaces, parking, entertainment venues and space for events.
