As Milton continues working on a Master Trail Plan, it's reminding residents that the next "target group" meeting is Wednesday, and those who haven't been able to make the meetings still have time to complete an online survey.

The Wednesday meeting, to be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at Milton City Hall, 2006 Heritage Walk, will discuss the Central Milton trail segment, gravel roads and citywide connectivity, officials said.

For the last two months, Milton’s Community Development staff and consultant Kimley-Horn have been leading community discussions on the plan.

“We’re working with the community to better understand your priority locations for trails and sidewalks,” the city said. “The resulting plan will help determine ways we might enhance or expand the trail and sidewalk network to provide our residents with additional opportunities for hiking, walking, bicycling and riding horses in the city.”
