UPDATE: The restaurant was re-inspected Monday and received a 91/A. New violations included mold on the wall near a bar sink and no hot water at an employee sink.

ORIGINAL STORY: A Mexican restaurant failed a recent health inspection, Fulton County records show.

Señor Patron in Midtown scored a 65/U following the Nov. 1 evaluation. Scores below 70 are considered failing. Its prior score from December, was a 94/A.

The restaurant also has a location in Johns Creek.

According to the report: A person in charge must be on the premises at all times, but the restaurant failed to provide one.

Officials also reported finding several live roaches in the main kitchen area and food stored past the disposal date.

Multiple calls placed to the restaurant Wednesday went unanswered.

Follow-up inspections are generally completed within 10 days of the original evaluation.
