My main objective at work is to get you to work and school on time. That's it. That's the big goal. I don't try to sugarcoat your traffic reports, I don't try waste your time with flowery descriptions. As the dean of Atlanta traffic reporters Captain Herb Emory says "Just the facts Jack."
I realize however, that I live in a traffic bubble. Sometimes I'm worried that I don't see the forest through the trees when it comes to commuting in Atlanta. That's where you come in.
Below you'll find a simple 15-question survey. I would love it if you could take a couple of minutes out of your day and answer these questions for me. By filling out this survey, you, the folks that make the daily grind on the roads, will be able to give me some insight on what we are doing right during traffic reports, and more importantly, what we are doing wrong.
If you can answer all the questions, great. If not, no problem. Any and all feedback is welcomed. Simply email me (Mark.Arum@wsbtv.com
