Lilburn officials are seeking help coming up with a memorable name for the community meeting room at the new Lilburn City Hall-Library, 340 Main St.

Suggestions so far include the ‘McDaniel Meeting Room’ since McDaniel as the former name of the Lilburn area before it was incorporated. ‘McEachern Meeting Room’ also been suggested to honor local librarian Mary McEachern who lived in the brick house across the street from First Baptist Church near the roundabout.

Residents are invited to submit ideas on the city’s Facebook page or by contacting the city at 770-921-2210.
