Motorists should prepare for daytime lane closures on State Route 11/ US 129 in Jackson County as a contractor begins work on a concrete slab replacement service contract.
Precision 2000 will remove failing slabs of concrete on State Route 11 Connector from milepost 0 to 3.15 and on State Route 11/ US 129 from milepost 5.7 to 9.4.
Lane closures will occur each day, Monday through Friday, until the project is completed June 1.
Exact dates may change due to weather or other factors. Motorists are cautioned to reduce their speed while traveling through work zones, pay attention and watch for workers.
