A man in his 20s was burned in a fire Sunday in Hall County, officials said.

The fire broke out in the 3900 block of Flat Creek Road in the southern part of the county, fire spokesman Casey Ramsey said.

The injured man has been flown to a nearby hospital, Ramsey said.

No other injuries were reported.

“Preliminary investigation from Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office points to the improper use and storage of a flammable liquid near an open flame,” Ramsey said.
