Gov. Nathan Deal and local and state business leaders celebrated the grand opening Wednesday of Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas' headquarters in Norcross.

At the ceremony, Hyundai officials revealed plans to build a major manufacturing facility in Georgia. Construction is expected to begin sometime in the next 3-4 years.

The headquarters will include a warehouse and office space for the company's finance, sales and service operations. The state has estimated that about 100 jobs will be created over the next five years
