The city of Hapeville is requesting proposals from a consultant to update the city’s Comprehensive Plan and Livable Centers Initiative studies. The city wants to reassess the feasibility and sustainability of land uses and development activities in the city in relation to its current LCIs: the Hapeville City Limits-Comprehensive Plan Study Area, the Hapeville LCI Study Area-Town Center LCI Study Area and the Virginia Park LCI Study Area.

The deadline for accepting proposals is 3 p.m. July 8.

Questions must be submitted by email or in person before noon Friday to City Manager William Whitson or Economic Development Manager Allie O’Brien.
