A Gwinnett County restaurant recently failed its fourth health inspection in less than a year, with inspectors noting employees' lack of hair restraints and food stored on top of a trash can.

Mr. Eggroll, located at 3303 Centerville Highway in Snellville, received a 62/U on the Tuesday afternoon inspection. It previously failed inspections on Aug. 31 (64/U), April 5 (58/U) and Sept. 24, 2015 (31/U).

The restaurant's permit was suspended and, if another inspection is failed in the coming weeks, its license could be revoked.

During Tuesday's inspection, reported violations included chlorine sanitizer that wasn't strong enough, three employees handling food without hair restraints and cooked chicken stored on top of a trash can. Several foods — including wantons, chicken, raw meats, fried noodles and pepper sauce — were also cooling improperly, officials said.

Metal dishes were stored in the vegetable sink and plastic lids were in the hand-washing sink as well, according to the report.

A "compliance conference" between health department officials and restaurant management was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. A follow-up inspection will also be completed within 10 days of Tuesday's evaluation.

Calls to the restaurant went unanswered Wednesday morning.
