Help move furniture

Meals On Wheels Atlanta needs strong volunteers that can help move furniture around to create a more comfortable environment for seniors. The centers are open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays.

Volunteers should bring strength and love for seniors, and dress comfortably.

Help the needy in SW Atlanta

Volunteers are needed for administrative, technical, clothing and food pantry assistance at the SouthWest Ecumenical Emergency Assistance Center. Drivers are needed to pick up food purchases and donations. Experienced grant writers and those with experience contacting local businesses for financial support are also needed.
