Volunteers needed for homeless vets holiday party

Rosaleana’s Community Development Center is hosting its 2nd annual Christmas Party for Homeless Veterans. The outdoor event needs volunteers to help pull it off. They are asking helpers to dress in a red tops so they can tell workers from guests. Food will be served for all volunteers. Kids are welcome to participate and serve as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Volunteers should register in advance.

Variety of volunteer opportunities at ABC

The Atlanta Bicycle Coalition has a lot going on this fall. With so much ahead, it is seeking help with tasks around the office to keep the organization on target.

Volunteers in the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition office, will be assisting with the essential clerical tasks, like data entry and database management, member and volunteer phone calls, mailings, other membership fulfillment and event preparations.

Two- to four-hour shifts are available on the first and third Fridays.
